Rascal is a fantastic guy who has been down on his luck. He was adopted from us many years ago, but when his owner went into a nursing home, he came back to us. He was adopted out again, and the same thing happended and he returned to us. He was adopted again, but he was not a good fit for his new home, and so was returned again!
